bicarbonate of soda / baking did not help my ibs so i have stopped with it

bicarbonate of soda / baking did not help my ibs so i have  stopped with it, back to the drawing board, though my ibs wasnt as  bad today,  so hopefully i might be turning a corner and  getting better, hopefully miracles do happen.
