it seems more targeted towards women and

yoga is so popular that even churches

offer yoga and there's even what I've

seen as Christian yoga and things of

that nature so I'm just going to talk

about my personal experiences with yoga

and also my revelations from God and

insight into yoga and the truth about it

so um when I was uh let's see

in my very late teens and then early 20s

I dough into New Age the occult in

witchcraft I was

very interested in witchcraft and

learning all about the gods and

goddesses but I was also very interested

in all different kinds of religions

Hinduism Buddhism Taoism and and so many

different things and so with that came

learning about channeling my energy

aligning my chakras using crystals and

gemstones to channel energy into for

healing properties doing yoga chanting

meditation and all different kinds of

things cleansing with sage I mean all

that kind of stuff and that's all things

that are related to new-age which is

part of the occult and I have one post

felt good and natural and right at that

time I had found this great book and it

was all about you know it seemed like

spiritual health and growth and you know

achieving higher states of consciousness

and oneness and it went through all

these different poses of yoga and I

would do them almost daily I got my

boyfriend at the time into doing it with

me and I felt like it was a great thing

and I loved it I didn't see anything

wrong with it and then as my life

changed if you know my testimony at all

you know that my life just like went

into a complete down roll downward

spiral shortly after that and just

flipped into chaos and so I didn't

really do any of that stuff for a very

long time then when I came into a

relationship with Jesus Christ about

three years ago um I got I was very

overweight it was unhealthy I was eating

binging on lots of junk food and I just

I hated myself I didn't care about

myself it wasn't taking care of myself

and so once I started realizing that you

know I was actually something important

and valuable to God that I was a temple

of God I wanted to take care of myself I

wanted to show God that I cared about

him and I wanted to be a better person

you know for him and so I started

changing the way ate and dressed and I

cut my hair and I just I changed

everything and so part of that was I

wanted to get fit and healthy and lose

weight and so part of that was well I'll

just start up some yoga again oh there

was there was another point where I was

doing yoga again with my husband um and

that was scosh about 10 years ago

because I had gone through another

period where I wanted to lose weight it

was actually I believe right before we

got married and so I wanted to get in

shape and we were doing yoga and Pilates

which is anywhere it's basically the

same thing so I had this relationship

with God and I was working out and part

of that was doing yoga and then I just

got to the point where I started to

realize that yoga was not actually

something that I should be doing as a

Christian I remembered some of the

things I learned about yoga and that it

had to do with the occult and the

Kundalini spirit but I didn't have a lot

of information or concrete information

to go with that and I had seen other

testimonies later that kind of

cooperated with what I already was

understanding at that time so I quit

doing it and then I just kind of let it

go because I didn't know anyone that was

doing yoga you know and I didn't really

have any friends anyway so it wasn't

until maybe a year later when I started

realizing that there was people at

confounded like wait a minute why are

these Christians doing yoga and I mean I

really didn't understand why it just I

just came out of so much darkness and

had an understanding of the other side

basically that I literally couldn't

understand I mean I thought if you were

Christian you wouldn't do these things

but what I didn't understand is the

levels that the devil will go to to

deceive people into darkness and trick

them and so that's basically what he's

doing with yoga but as he's taking

something that looks good it looks like

it's good for your spiritual health your

mental health your physical health

you get to wear cute outfits you know

you get to go out and be around

like-minded people and it's just so good

for you right that's what you really

believe that's what people believe when

they're doing yoga they don't think that

there's something wrong and I have heard

people say that they literally feel a

high if they don't do it they start

feeling bad and things like that so they

really believe they're doing something

that's very good for them okay so I'm

the Kundalini Spirit is harnessed by the

yoga but the Bible talks about a lot of

about going to Jesus Christ himself

asking him for his truth for his

but more importantly it's just we need

to give God our hearts and minds we need

let God transform us and we can only do

that through a relationship with Jesus

having a relationship with Jesus we need

to be with him daily we need to talk to

him daily we need to listen to him daily

we need to be in his presence we need to

worship Him we need to praise Him

we need to ask for a revelation of his

Spirit I mean nobody can fully fathom

and know God completely it's not even

possible in this human mind and I pray

we go back to heaven that we will have a

full revelation of God but I think even

that is going to be a process and take

can't beat ourselves up for the choices

receiving are absolutely miraculous and

anybody anybody can know God to this

level it's not just something for me I'm

not some special person that gets to

have something special with God

everybody can have this with God

relationship with God God tore the veil

so we could go into the throne room

right now we are seated in the heavenly

realms with Jesus Christ right now and

there is no one that is exempt as long

the Holy Spirit in you you can have this

even attracted to the occult in the

first place is because I was already

of those satanic rituals I literally was

put or forced to do yoga poses to

channel that spirit into my body and

there are a lot of different religions

but all of these different religions all

incorporate the worship of false gods

and goddesses not Jesus Christ and some

of them say they worship Jesus Christ

but it is not the true Lord Jesus Christ

was crucified on Calvary it is a false

spirit of false Jesus and there are a

lot of false spirits that proclaim to be

Jesus Christ and are not and they reside

and many different kinds of churches but

through these different religions such

as Hinduism and Buddhism and Muslims and

all these other religions that worship

many false gods and goddesses they are

all those are all demons which makes

basically these religions satanic

because when you worship false gods and

goddesses that is a form of Satanism now

I know these people and no way shape or

form think they're worshipping Satan

they absolutely believe that these gods

and goddesses are good and helpful and

that is why we need to keep working on

are many people out there who have

karate Tai Chi and acupuncture Reiki

and many things of that nature and those

are all directly related to demons and

that didn't really talk much about

religion or God my mom's side of the

family was Mormon and so often on I

would go to the Mormon Church with my

grandma I don't really remember ever

hearing about Jesus or getting a real

understanding of who God was from the

church I think that the idea I had about

God as a child was the big guy in the
00:50
sky who was sitting up in heaven looking

down on us and watching us and judging

us and that when you die you go to

heaven and my grandma was very very

devout Mormon very strong in her beliefs

and um I think I just felt that as I

grew up that she seemed very judgmental

and critical and all about roles and

that was a turn-off for me um she talked

about Heavenly Father but I didn't

really understand who that was or what

that meant um and so I just kind of got

the idea that Christians were judgmental

hypocrites and I just assumed that

Mormons were also Christians because I

didn't know any better and I went along

like that until I was about 16 or 17 and

an ex-boyfriend I had committed suicide

and it made a huge impact in my life

because I felt partly responsible before

he had killed himself not right before

believe white magic is is that they're

nothing they would do would cause any
