chantenay carrots and honey roast parsnips soup and cup of honey and lemon drink for soothing insides and ibs

today i have  had some sainsbury's chantenay carrots and honey roast parsnips soup and a cup of honey and  lemon drink for soothing  insides and ibs, i have  added some meats back into my diet now and again as you get weak on just fruits and  vegetables alone, most vegans complain of illness and getting  weak from not eating meat at all, chicken and fish are light sources of  meat now and  again to maintain some strength and  health.
